We can grow, when we acknowledge the fear and choose to expand anyway.

Choose a posture that is all about opening up – even when the worlds feels heavy.

You are much moreresilient than you think.

Next time fear or anxiety makes you feel feel small, try changing your physical shape. Breathe big. Hold yourspace.

You are not responsible for everyone’s comfort at the cost of your own peace.

You do not exist to be endlessly available.

Endlessly giving.
Endlessly tired.

Your nervous system wasn't designed to carry the emotional weight of the entire room.

When the mental load gets too heavy, let your body take over. Bow to the earth, let gravity take the weight off your shoulders. Exhale. Give yourself permission to let go of what was never yours to carry.

Shift from fear to expansion

Have you noticed that when you are in fear, it tells you to shrink, to protect and to freeze.

We can grow, when we acknowledge the fear and choose to expand anyway.

Choose a posture that is all about opening up – even when the worlds feels heavy.

You are much moreresilient than you think.

Next time fear or anxiety makes you feel feel small, try changing your physical shape. Breathe big. Hold yourspace.
